Delay of 150th Anniversary of Straits Settlements souvenir covers
Dear members and collectors,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our 150th Anniversary of Straits Settlements souvenir covers shall only be available on 4 September 2017. Therefore it will be late and delay for both our outstation and local order.
You may, however, use those covers for the second issue of Straits Settlements Permanent Issues that will be out in December. ( below attach the cover design with provisional and permanent issue description )
